The 2016 Louisiana Energy Conference will be held on June 1-3, 2016 at the Westin Canal Place Hotel in New Orleans and will again feature two full days of panels on June 1-2 that will address key U.S. and international industry developments and issues. Based on strong response to our field trip opportunities in 2014 and 2015, we will host field trips again on Friday, June 3rd.
The major changes that have occurred in the energy industry since late 2014 will make our panel-focused Conference particularly relevant in 2016. We look forward to hearing from executive management from both public and private E&P and oil field services companies to learn how they are coping with low energy prices and reduced capital expenditure budgets, and what their expectations are for the future. Our Conference will again be comprised solely of 22 panel discussions rather than typical scripted company presentations. The addition of private company executives to the panels continues to add a new dimension to the discussion of key industry issues. While many companies with challenged balance sheets have curtailed communicating with investors, private companies believe the current environment provides them with exciting opportunities to grow. We look forward to hearing their views.
We welcomed over 500 attendees to our event in 2014 and 2015 with nearly 100 participating in our field trips. New Orleans is uniquely located to enable us to visit a variety of offshore and onshore industry facilities with easy access from the Conference.
Field trip details are being finalized and further information will be provided on this web site and in other Conference correspondence in the coming weeks. Participation in the field trips will be limited and offered to registered buy side and sell side analysts and portfolio managers.
We are pleased to offer three exciting field trip opportunities on June 3rd:
• Shallow Water Gulf of Mexico: Crew boat trip to visit an Upstream Exploration production platform in Breton Sound
• Port Fourchon Louisiana: Visit Hornbeck Offshore Supply Vessel and tour their deep water servicing facilities, and tour of Harvey Gulf International’s newly-completed LNG servicing facilities and visit LNG- powered Offshore Supply Vessel (if in port)
• New Orleans Area Refinery: Visit a nearby refinery for a tour.
Participation in the field trips will be limited and offered to registered investment professionals (highest priority) and other guests (as available) after they complete registration. All trips will return guests to the New Orleans airport by about 3:00 pm.
Executives from over 60 public and private exploration and production and oil field services companies as well as representatives from energy-related industry trade groups, regulatory agencies, investment banks, institutional research groups, insurance and law firms are expected to participate in the panel discussions.
Investment professional attendees will be offered the opportunity to register for one-on-one meetings with company executives participating on the various panels if their schedules permit.

The Landing Zone: located at 625 Celeste Street in New Orleans’ Warehouse District.
The Landing Zone is a shared workspace, small business incubator and special event space that was created from an old candle factory in 2015. It was established by a native New Orleans’ entrepreneurial veteran to empower other military veterans looking to start their own businesses by connecting them other veterans and with other business owners to encourage collaboration and grow together. The Landing Zone and the associated VetLaunch program have been very successful in their short periods of existence and we are pleased to showcase their facility and programs this year.
Note: Mini-bus transportation will leave the Iberville Street entrance to the Westin Canal Place Hotel traveling to and from the Landing Zone beginning at 6:45 pm and continuing until 9:00 pm.

Attendance at the Conference is directed to investment professionals which include buy side and sell side analysts and portfolio managers, as well as private equity and wealth management executives and trust officers. There is no cost for these investment professionals, as well as sponsoring firms and participating energy company management, to attend the Conference.
